How to make a reservation for tent rental?
1. Choose a suitable tent – Use our offer or calculator to determine the most appropriate tent size for your event. If needed, our specialists will gladly assist you with advice.
2. Contact us – Fill out the contact form or call us, indicating the event date, location, and desired tent size. Within the next business day, we will prepare a personalized offer for you.
3. Confirm your reservation – Once you have received and approved the offer, the reservation is secured with a 50% advance payment of the total amount. For regular cooperation partners, post-payment is possible upon signing a contract.
4. We deliver and set up – Our team will arrive at the specified date and location to professionally set up the tent before your event.
5. Enjoy your event worry-free – While you and your guests enjoy the event, we are ready to provide support should any questions or needs arise.
6. We dismantle after the event – After the event, our team will return to professionally dismantle the tent and collect all structures, leaving the area clean and tidy.

Yes, all our prices include transportation, professional installation, and dismantling. We operate throughout the Baltics – Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia – with no additional charges for standard distances.
It is recommended to reserve a tent at least 1–2 months in advance, especially during the summer season (May–September), which is the most in-demand period. However, we always strive to find a solution for last-minute requests as well, depending on availability.
Yes, you can pick up small tents up to 20 m2, as well as event furniture and other equipment, from our warehouse in Salaspils, Budeskalnu Street 19, by booking in advance through our website.
Our tents can be set up on various surfaces – grass, gravel, asphalt, or paving stones. The installation method may differ depending on the surface. Before the event, our team will assess the location to ensure safe installation.
Yes, in addition to tents, we also offer a wide range of additional equipment – tables, chairs, lighting, heating systems, flooring, and decorations. Everything you need to make your event complete is available from a single provider.
